1. Services Provided
iCapture Sports provides professional video recording of soccer games located within the State of New Jersey and select areas of New York and Pennsylvania.
The Company will record the scheduled game and provide a digital video copy to the Client following the game.
2. Game Recording Rates
Game recording rates are based on the scheduled game length:
Up to 60 minutes: $125
61–70 minutes: $135
71–80 minutes: $145
81–90 minutes: $150
Games Eligible for Extra Time or Penalty Kicks: For games such as cup matches, tournament games, or playoff matches that may require extra time and/or penalty kicks to determine a winner, an additional 30 minutes will automatically be added to the scheduled game length for billing purposes to reserve sufficient time for iCapture Sports to remain on site and record the conclusion of the match. Clients must notify iCapture Sports at the time of booking if their game is eligible for extra time or penalty kicks. If the game exceeds the additional reserved time due to extended overtime or other delays, continued recording will be provided only if scheduling permits.
3. Live Streaming Services (Optional)
Live streaming is available for an additional fee:
Up to 60 minutes: $50
Up to 2 hours: $75
Live streaming availability may be subject to venue connectivity and environmental conditions.
4. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the game date and time.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to kickoff on the day of the game.
If the remaining balance has not been paid before the start of the game, iCapture Sports reserves the right to cancel recording services and the deposit will be forfeited.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during scheduling.
5. Video Delivery
A digital copy of the recorded game will be provided to the Team Manager or the individual who provided payment within 5 days after the game.
iCapture Sports will not distribute copies to any other individuals. The Team Manager may distribute the video to known team members at their discretion.
This policy is implemented to protect the privacy of players and prevent distribution to individuals not affiliated with the team.
6. Expedited Delivery Options
Expedited video delivery may be arranged for an additional fee:
Within 48 hours: $25
Within 24 hours: $40
Expedited delivery must be requested at the time of booking or immediately following the game.
7. Game Overrun and Schedule Delays
Soccer tournaments, league schedules, and field operations may occasionally result in games starting late or running longer than originally scheduled due to prior games running behind, referee delays, weather interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
iCapture Sports will make every reasonable effort to record the full scheduled game, including any previously agreed-upon overtime or penalty kick periods.
However, if a game extends beyond the time originally reserved, iCapture Sports reserves the right to conclude recording or depart the field if necessary to meet other scheduled recording commitments.
Clients are encouraged to notify iCapture Sports at the time of booking if their game may include overtime, penalty kicks, or extended match formats so that sufficient time can be reserved in advance.
iCapture Sports will make every reasonable effort to accommodate extended play whenever possible, but continued recording beyond the reserved time cannot be guaranteed if it conflicts with other confirmed bookings.
8. Late Arrival or Technical Issues
If iCapture Sports arrives after the start of the game or if technical issues occur that prevent recording:
10% of the total service fee will be refunded for every 5 minutes of game time missed.
If more than 25 minutes of the start of the game are missed, the Client will receive a full refund.
9. Opposing Team Requests
If the opposing team approaches iCapture Sports during the game and requests a copy of the recording, iCapture Sports reserves the right to conduct business with that team.
In such cases:
The original Client will receive a 25% refund of their payment.
The opposing team will be charged 75% of the original service fee, resulting in both teams paying a reduced and equal amount.
10. Equipment Safety and Spectator Interference
iCapture Sports utilizes elevated camera equipment, including tripods and mounting systems that may extend up to approximately 17 feet in height, in order to capture a wide, unobstructed view of the field.
While equipment is positioned to maximize safety and stability, iCapture Sports cannot control the actions of spectators, players, coaches, or other individuals near the filming area. If equipment is bumped, moved, knocked over, or otherwise interfered with by any individual, iCapture Sports will make reasonable efforts to restore recording as quickly as possible.
However, iCapture Sports is not responsible for missed footage, recording interruptions, or video quality issues that occur as a result of such interference.
Teams and spectators are asked to maintain a safe distance from all recording equipment during the game. Any interference caused by individuals near the filming area does not qualify for refunds or service credits.
iCapture Sports reserves the right to reposition equipment if necessary to maintain safety and recording quality.
11. Recording Style and Filming Requests
iCapture Sports records games using a wide-field game film approach designed to capture the entire flow of play, allowing viewers to see positioning, ball movement, and team tactics. This format is commonly used for team review and player development.
During the game, iCapture Sports cannot accommodate individual filming requests, including requests to focus on, zoom in on, or follow a specific player.
To maintain consistent video quality and ensure the full game is properly captured, filming decisions—including camera angles, zoom level, and tracking of play—are solely at the discretion of iCapture Sports.
12. Weather Disclaimer
Inclement weather conditions (including rain, wind, fog, or poor lighting) may affect video quality. While iCapture Sports will make every effort to produce the best possible recording, weather-related quality limitations are not grounds for refunds.
13. Insurance
iCapture Sports is fully insured while providing services.
