• Game recording rates are based on the scheduled game length:

    • Up to 60 minutes: $125

    • 61–70 minutes: $135

    • 71–80 minutes: $145

    • 81–90 minutes: $150

    • Games Eligible for Extra Time or Penalty Kicks: For games such as cup matches, tournament games, or playoff matches that may require extra time and/or penalty kicks to determine a winner, an additional 30 minutes will automatically be added to the scheduled game length for billing purposes to reserve sufficient time for iCapture Sports to remain on site and record the conclusion of the match. Clients must notify iCapture Sports at the time of booking if their game is eligible for extra time or penalty kicks. If the game exceeds the additional reserved time due to extended overtime or other delays, continued recording will be provided only if scheduling permits.

  • Travel Fees

    Game recording rates include travel within 25 miles of iCapture Sports headquarters in Union, NJ.

    For locations beyond this range, the following travel fees apply:

    • 0–25 miles Included

    • 26–50 miles +$20

    • 51–75 miles +$40

    • 76–100 miles +$60

    • Over 100 miles Custom quote

    Travel distance is calculated based on the one-way driving distance from iCapture Sports headquarters to the game location.

    Same-Day Same-Location Discount

    If multiple games are scheduled at the same location on the same day, travel fees may be reduced.

    Tolls

    Any applicable tolls may be added to the travel fee when traveling to locations that require toll roads or bridges/tunnels.

  • Live streaming via 5G network is available for an additional fee:

    • Up to 60 minutes: $50

    • Up to 2 hours: $75

    Live streaming availability may be subject to environmental conditions.

  • Pricing depends on the game length that will need to be evaluated and edited for individual player actions.

    Game Length:

    • Up to 60 minutes: $150

    • 61–70 minutes: $160

    • 71–80 minutes: $170

    • 81–90 minutes: $180

  • Game film delivery will typically occur within 3 to 5 days of the end of each recorded game.

    Expedited video delivery may be arranged for an additional fee:

    • Within 48 hours: $25

    • Within 24 hours: $40

    Expedited delivery must be requested at the time of booking or immediately following the game.

  • Tournament & Multi-Game Booking Options

    iCapture Sports offers discounted pricing for teams or organizations that book multiple games on the same day and at the same location. These options are ideal for tournaments, showcase events, or teams playing multiple games in a single day.

    Multi-Game Team Discounts

    Teams booking multiple games at the same location on the same day may receive discounted rates:

    • 2 games booked: $10 off each game

    • 3 or more games booked: $15 off each game

All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
